Just Sold 66,401 SF Shopping Center to Phoenix-based investor Presson Corporation

Jared Lively of Rein & Grossoehme represented Phoenix-based investor Presson Corporation (Daryl Burton) on the $5,900,000 purchase of a 66,401 SF shopping center ($88 per sf) located at the NEC of Bethany Home Rd and I-17 Freeway in Phoenix, Arizona. The center was 71% occupied. The seller was Safco Capital Corp and was represented by Ryan Schubert of Cushman & Wakefield. The property known as Bethany Marketplace includes Big Lots, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Samurai Sam’s and Cricket. Jared Lively will be handling the leasing now.
