Sold My 125th Property ABC Mini Storage in Chino Valley, AZ consisted of 115 storage units and 15 parking spaces. It sold for $240,000 to a local individual who will operate the property himself.
Sold My 124th Property America One Storage consisted of 495 units, 77 RV spaces, a moving company and a Mail & Ship company. It sold for $6,000,000 to an out of state buyer doing a 1031 exchange.
